Role Description

Falcon Pipes Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator for its on-site operations in Sadak Pipaliya. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating sales processes, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth and effective sales operations. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, processing sales orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to streamline processes and contribute to business objectives
• Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively address client needs and build positive relationships
• Proficiency in Sales to collaborate with the team and achieve sales goals
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Previous experience in a relevant role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
