Emcer Tiles commenced operations in November 2017, focusing on offering innovative and quality products. The company aims to explore the untapped market between the tiles and marble industry with its premium line of large format slab (slim) tiles. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator, located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Coordinator will manage sales operations, assist the sales team, and provide exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating sales activities, processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team with administrative duties and communication. The Sales Coordinator will also maintain records of sales and customer interactions. Qualifications \n Skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations Strong Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Sales and handling customer inquiries Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Ability to work effectively in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
