Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Ø Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information Ø Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material Ø Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested Ø Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness Ø Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements Ø Ensure adherence to laws and policies Ø Create billings for order as per standard discount rate Ø Ensure Sales receipts and billings should be sealed with signature Ø A Sales Coordinator prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them. Ø You must be able to efficiently respond to any telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner. Ø You must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly. Ø Meets monthly sales and collections goals as provided by management Ø Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely manner and according to the desires of customers Ø Settles upon delivery dates and times with other departments to make sure that the consumer interaction is of the utmost of professionalism Ø Makes set sales target and share to marketing executive to achieve monthly basis. Ø Preparations of MIS reports Ø Handling marketing tools Ø To ensure customer accounts should not convert to bad accounts Ø To ensure executives are reaching with all the customers Ø Ensure our product and services should be more than customer expectation (MCE) Key Result Area Ø Meet sales and collection targets Ø Follow-up for collection Ø Coordination with Sales Executive Ø Order Management Ø Preparations of Sales Report Ø Assigning targets for sales executive Ø Follow up with customers, dealers and painters Job specification: Ø Any degree with above 60% of marks Ø Basis Knowledge in MS Office Ø Good communication skills and attitude Ø Fresher’s are welcome Ø Required Female candidate Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Compensation Package: Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Edapal, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
