Crack Proof Company is a growing organisation specialising in innovative solutions and services. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and deliver sales quotations, proposals, and related documents.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
• Assist in responding to client inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Act as a bridge between the sales team, management, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
• Handle order processing, billing, and follow-ups for payments when required.
• Ensure timely delivery of products/services by coordinating with internal departments.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team for day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
• Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Team player with a customer-first approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
