Sales Coordinator cum Assistant

Work directly with the Founder turn ideas into action, keep sales on track, and run the day-to-day like clockwork.

• Location:

  Nanpura, Surat (apply only if you live within 20 km)

• Schedule:

  Mon Fri or Tue Sat 10 AM 7 PM Sunday off

• Start:

  Immediate joiner preferred

• Experience:

  1 + year in sales support / customer care / admin (MBA a plus)

• Languages:

  Gujarati, Hindi, English (spoken & written)

1. Own the sales desk

   prepare quotes, proposals, and invoices; log every lead and follow-up in our CRM.

2. Delight prospects & clients

   confirm demos, answer queries, chase feedback, and keep everyone informed.

3. Keep the founder flying

   manage his calendar, travel, and high-priority follow-ups.

4. Coordinate marketing assets

   work with our design team to craft brochures, decks, and event materials.

5. Track progress

   update sales targets, project timelines, and send crisp status reports.
