Sales Coordinator-Corporate Sales

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for various tasks related to order processing, customer support, sales coordination, communication, collaboration, and market research. Your key responsibilities will include: - Order Processing: - Receive and process customer purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner. - Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of orders. - Address any order-related inquiries and provide updates to customers as needed. - Customer Support: - Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information on products, pricing, and delivery schedules. - Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Sales Coordination: - Collaborate with the sales team to create and maintain sales reports, performance metrics, and other relevant documentation. - Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. - Communication and Collaboration: - Facilitate communication between the sales team, production, logistics, and other relevant departments. - Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent messaging and branding across sales materials. - Market Research: - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. - Provide relevant market insights to the sales team to assist in strategic decision-making. Additionally, you should have good excel knowledge and excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
