Role & responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with preparing and managing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients for order processing, updates, and resolving queries.
  • Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer databases.
  • Track and follow up on leads, ensuring timely communication with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales targets and assist the team in achieving them.
  • Provide administrative support for sales meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Handle post-sales follow-ups, including feedback collection and issue resolution. Briefing to be carried out at sites during change of shifts.
  • Keep maintain proper records of the same.
