Follow standards for issuing and receiving stock/uniforms within the store's operational
Monitor and conducting regular inventory checks to compile orders based on par levels or specific needs.
Record Keeping
Collaborate with purchase department
Check quality of material
Ensure all store requisitions are signed by relevant Department Heads and approved by FC/GM based on office procedures.
Report any differences between manual count and MMS software to the Finance Department
Conduct monthly stock checks to maintain accurate inventory records.
Fulfil any other responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
The candidate who has worked in Stores department in any service industry such as Security services, Facility Management or in any automobile industry.
