Executive Store & Planning Department shall have responsibility as enumerated below: To Ensure the Quality System in store. To follow up & compliance of all internal inspections and final inspections Regulatory Authority. To involve internal audits/self-inspection periodically, to follow strict quality standards. To ensure timely available the raw and packing materials according to manufacturing plan. To ensure timely done the sampling of raw and packing materials. To maintain the Quality Standards of raw and packing materials. Ensures thorough communication with all internal and external merchant teams, construction managers, consultants and agencies. Monitors and facilitates the completion of all projects on a timely basis within budget. To Responsible for Site Time Schedule and follow up the floor plan progress to ensure on-time delivery and quality of project. Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. To Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers. Managing the stock levels and make key decisions about stock control. Responsible for the planning the RM, PM and other resources availability according to the Production Planning. Maintains agreed schedules and supervises the flow of materials. Establishes and monitors regular performance indicator statistics related to dispensary operations. Introduces and maintains safe working conditions and practices. Develops systems to improve GMP throughout the mixing and dispensary area. Maintains departmental SOPs in line with GMP requirements including all mixing related Cleaning & Sanitization procedures and all associated documentation. Maintains Batch Production Records in line with GMP requirements Maintenance of MSDS for all raw materials used within mixing and dispensing operations Facilitates interchange of ideas on practices within the department and other departments, also on methods of manufacture. Ensure the hygienic condition of dispensing area. Ensuring all mixing dispensary staff are appropriately trains in all induction and QA related Subjects. To Provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity when employees are absent. Contribute towards mixing operations training for SOPs BPR & associated processes. Other Task: Produced all the required stationary which is intended by other departments. Any Other Work Assigned : Any other task assigned by the Commercial Head/ Factory manager or his designee from time to time.
