Job Description

A branch executive works as a bridge between company and channel partners (distributors/direct dealers), which ensures trade partners satisfaction and drive business through them.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Connect with channel partners over the phone on planned frequency
  • Ensure partners are aware about all the updates related to company policies, schemes, marketing initiatives and all other updates, which are needed to be communicated
  • Drive branch sales target achievement
  • Work as a bridge between company and channel partners, resolving grievances and ensuring trade satisfaction
  • Coordinating for sales orders and payment collection from partners
  • Takeover complete sales in-case of absence of field sales employees
  • Pulling out potential channel partners leads, and forwarding to fields sales teams to close the same
  • Handling escalations related to service complaints
  • Key skills required Verbal Communication - English Business Development Microsoft Excel Verbal Communication - Local Language
