Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely execution of sales activities.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Analyze sales data and generate meaningful insights for management review.
• Draft, format, and prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and follow-up schedules.
• Communicate with clients for order updates, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing presentations, MIS reports, and other supporting documents.
• Ensure smooth coordination between internal departments such as logistics, accounts, and operations.
• Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence in a professional manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience

  in sales coordination or a similar role.

• Excellent communication skills

  (both verbal and written).

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel

  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
• Good typing speed with accuracy in preparing quotations and documentation.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare concise reports.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Knowledge of CRM tools (optional but preferred).
