Job Description

The Sales Coordinator position at Bhole Baba Milk Food Industries (Dholpur) Pvt. Ltd., also known as Dholpur Fresh, requires a dedicated individual to support the sales team in Agra. As a Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include managing schedules, maintaining the customer database, processing orders, and addressing customer inquiries. In addition, you will be tasked with preparing sales reports, collaborating with production and logistics teams to fulfill order requirements, organizing sales events and promotions, and ensuring accurate documentation of sales transactions. To excel in this role, you should possess strong sales support skills encompassing customer service, data entry, and proficiency in CRM systems. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities are essential for coordinating schedules and preparing reports efficiently. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for liaising with sales teams, customers, and internal departments. Furthermore, problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail will contribute to your success in this position. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software is required for this role. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in the dairy or FMCG industry would be advantageous.
