Role & Responsibilities:

PI & Quotation preparing
Connecting with Plant & Ware house team for checking all type of coil/RM/Ready stock availability to proceed the PI & Quote request.
Connecting with management authorities for various kind of special price approval to proceed the PI & Quote request
Follow up related to Shade card & Sample requisitions of field team, through FMS and connecting with the concerned department for timely dispatch
Follow up related to Mockup requisitions of field team, through FMS and connecting with the concerned department for step by step approval from RH to CMD Sir, and timely dispatch.
Follow up related to Marketing collaterals with Marketing , Warehouse & plan team etc through FMS.
Following up with GM and Plant team and Warehouse Team for timely dispatch.
Various types of reports sharing like Digital Enquiry report, DCR Report, Plant PDO report, Spec to Sales report, Weekly sharing.
PI quotation report, Sales data report, and daily sharing.
Mockup report etc Monthly sharing
