As a Sales Consultant at our company, your role will involve engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively closing sales to drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include: - **Client Engagement**: Identify and reach out to potential students, yoga enthusiasts, and corporate clients through various channels such as workshops, events, online platforms, cold calling, networking platforms, and referrals. - **Needs Assessment**: Understand the specific needs of clients and tailor offerings such as personal yoga sessions, teacher training, or corporate wellness programs to meet those needs. - **Sales Presentations**: Conduct presentations or demo classes to showcase the benefits of our courses and programs, effectively communicating the value of yoga in achieving personal and professional goals. - **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and effectively close sales. - **Relationship Management**: Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. - **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends to identify new opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly. - **Sales Reporting**: Track and report sales activities, enrollment numbers, and client feedback to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing our offerings. - **Product Knowledge**: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our yoga programs, teacher training certifications, and wellness services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients. - **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries or concerns and ensuring a positive experience throughout. **Qualifications**: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in [Industry/Field]. **Skills**: - Strong communication in Hindi & English and interpersonal skills. - Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Docs, and CRM software. - Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
