Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Consultant experienced in cybersecurity or edtech sales to join our dynamic team.

This is a 100% remote role, ideal for someone who understands training sales, learner engagement, and consultative selling.

The role involves connecting with potential learners and corporate clients, identifying their cybersecurity upskilling needs, and guiding them toward the right Wiseman CyberSec offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales for cybersecurity and information security training programs.
• Connect with potential clients (B2C & B2B) via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate learning or consulting solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimise conversion rates.

Mandatory Requirements

• 13 years of experience in cybersecurity sales or edtech training sales (must).
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity certifications (CEH, CISSP, CompTIA, etc.) or the training/education industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
