Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences for used vehicles.
Provide in-depth information about used cars, including features, specifications, and pricing.
Conduct test drives and explain the benefits of various models.
Assist customers in understanding financing options and payment plans.
Negotiate price and terms with customers while aiming to meet dealership sales targets.
Follow up with leads and potential customers through phone calls and emails.
Maintain a current understanding of the used car market, including competitor offerings and customer trends.
Ensure that the dealership's inventory is well organized, displayed, and that vehicles are clean and presentable.
Handle paperwork related to sales transactions, including contracts and title transfers.
Collaborate with the sales manager and other team members to strategize sales initiatives and promotions.
Provide exceptional after-sales service to encourage repeat business and customer referrals.
Attend ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and automotive knowledge.
