Sales consultant

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and passionate individuals to join our retail store team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless and personalized customer experience, maintaining high store standards, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience

Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.

Demonstrate product features and benefits confidently.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Sales & Target Achievement

Achieve daily/monthly sales targets set by the store management.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize order value.

Record and report customer feedback to improve services.

Assist in billing and POS operations as needed.

Store Operations

Manage stock display, tagging, and cleanliness.

Assist in inventory checks and stock management.

Follow SOPs for returns, exchanges, and customer complaints.

Coordinate with the back office and warehouse for order fulfillment.

Team Collaboration

Work with other team members to achieve common goals.

Support new joiners and assist during busy hours.

Attend training sessions and contribute actively in meetings.

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)

Prior retail experience (1–3 years) in retail industry preferred

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office and billing systems

Passion for customer service and sales

Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
