You will be responsible for guiding prospective students in selecting the appropriate academic programs and assisting them throughout the admissions process at Parkstreet. This role requires you to respond to inquiries through various channels like phone, email, and in-person consultations while maintaining accurate records in the Management Information System (MIS). Your support will be essential in creating study plans, offering detailed information about colleges and courses, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction among students. To excel in this role, you should hold a Diploma and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in student counseling. The salary range for this position is between 12,000 - 25,142 per month, along with benefits such as paid sick time, leave encashment, sick leave, and Provident Fund. This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule at an in-person work location. Your performance will be further rewarded with bonuses on a quarterly and yearly basis.
