Job Title: Sales Executive – Home Appliances

Location: Kollam, Punalur, Anchal, Kottarakkara (Multiple Openings)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Home Appliance division at our retail outlets in Kollam, Punalur, Anchal, and Kottarakkara. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, good product knowledge, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
• Explain features, specifications, and benefits of home appliance products (such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, microwave ovens, etc.).
• Guide customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and budget.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Stay updated on new arrivals, features, pricing, and brand promotions.
• Handle billing and payment processing.
• Coordinate with the inventory and delivery teams.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and products are well displayed.
• Follow up with customers after sales for feedback and support.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree (Any discipline)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales (preferably in home appliances or electronics)
• Language: Fluency in Malayalam; basic knowledge of English or Hindi is an advantage.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and selling skills
• Basic understanding of home appliance technology
• Customer service-oriented
• Ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
