Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Sales
• Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Provide test drives and explain product specifications clearly.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Lead Management
• Follow up on showroom walk-ins, online leads, and referrals.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Proactively reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and events.
• Product Knowledge
• Stay updated with product features, variants, pricing, and financing options.
• Understand competitors products and market trends.
• Documentation & Delivery
• Assist customers with financing, insurance, registration, and paperwork.
• Coordinate smooth vehicle delivery and explain post-purchase support.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and service follow-ups promptly.
• Target Achievement
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and dealership events.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years in sales (preferably in automobile or retail).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Persuasion and negotiation skills
• Customer service orientation
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Ability to work under pressure & achieve targets
