Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Gurugram. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for guiding potential students through the admission process, offering tailored advice, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with potential students, addressing their queries, providing detailed program information, and working closely with other departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of the education industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
