Job Description

Role OverviewAs a Sales Consultant at Luxor Cars, you will be the face of the showroom, assisting customers in finding the right pre-owned luxury car, ensuring an exceptional buying experience, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and engage with showroom walk-in customers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable cars. Conduct test drives and explain car features, benefits, and pricing. Handle lead follow-ups from portals (CarWale, OLX, Cars24), social media, and references. Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policies. Maintain updated knowledge of inventory and new arrivals. Coordinate with Accounts and RTO team for smooth delivery process. Maintain strong post-sales relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business. Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management. Desired Skills & QualitiesStrong communication and customer handling skills. Confidence in dealing with HNI clients. Knowledge of luxury cars will be an added advantage. Target-driven and result-oriented. Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude. Qualification & ExperienceGraduate / Diploma preferred. 1–3 years of experience in automobile / retail sales (luxury/pre-owned car sales experience is a plus). Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
