Core Purpose of the Role To act as the primary point of contact for the Sales,Purchase, and Marketing teams, ensuring smooth daily operations, timely reporting, and alignment with Luxor Cars’ goals. Key Responsibilities Team Coordination & Oversight Be the first line of reporting for sales, purchase, and marketing teams. Hold daily briefings with the team to align priorities. Ensure all departments are working in sync to meet business goals. Sales Support & Monitoring Track leads from all sources (OLX, CarWale, Social Media, Walk-ins, Cars24, References). Monitor lead follow-up timelines and quality of interactions. Push the sales team for closures and negotiate where necessary. Operational Efficiency Maintain and update CRM data daily. Ensure smooth coordination between Finance, RTO, sales and Purchase teams. Resolve day-to-day bottlenecks without escalating trivial issues. Reporting & Analytics Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Highlight potential issues and opportunities to the managing director. Customer Handling Step in for escalated customer queries or complaints. Support in high-value deal negotiations when required. Team Development Guide and train sales executives for better performance. Encourage team ownership and accountability for results. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in sales management, operations, or coordination roles (preferably in automotive). Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace tools. Ability to multitask. Problem-solving mindset with minimal supervision needed. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Monthly sales targets achieved by the team. Lead-to-sale conversion rate improvement. Timely and accurate reporting to management.
