Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using the provided database.
• Handle inbound inquiries related to

  nursing education, healthcare recruitment, and immigration services

• Identify, qualify, and assess the eligibility of clients for:

♦ Global Recruitment Opportunities

♦ Skilled Immigration Programs

• Explain program details clearly and provide guidance through the application and onboarding process.
• Convince potential clients to register for relevant programs and services.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Keep accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions using internal CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Driven, goal-oriented, and eager to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in sales, immigration consulting, or telecalling is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work with performance-based targets.
