Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining strong client relationships, providing consulting services, and communicating effectively to promote our training programs and compliance services. Additionally, the role involves supporting clients throughout their journey from initial contact to project completion.

Qualifications

• 2 - 3 Years experience in Sales Consulting and Customer Service
• Must be located in Bengaluru
• Strong customer satisfaction and communication skills
• Ability to provide consulting and support services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
