Sales Consultant- BUSINESS LOAN

As a Sales Consultant specializing in business loans, your primary responsibility is to drive loan sales by identifying potential clients, understanding their financial requirements, and offering them tailored loan solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients while meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through various channels (phone calls, emails, meetings). Understand clients" financial needs and advise on suitable loan products for personal and business purposes. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling loan products. Proactively seek new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and referrals. Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients" financial situations and provide appropriate loan options. Educate clients on loan terms, interest rates, and benefits. Documentation and Processing: Assist clients in completing loan applications and necessary documentation. Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely processing and approval of loan applications. Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated with lending regulations, policies, and compliance requirements. Ensure all sales activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards. Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and transactions. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback. Qualifications/ Skills: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with business loan products is a must. - Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools.,
