Sales Consultant

The key responsibilities for this role include welcoming and assisting customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner. You will need to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles, features, and finance/insurance options. Additionally, conducting product presentations, test drives, and explaining specifications, features, and benefits will be part of your responsibilities. It is important to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. You will also be responsible for maintaining the customer database and ensuring timely follow-ups on inquiries and leads. Preparing quotations, negotiating prices, and finalizing deals in line with company policies are crucial aspects of this role. Furthermore, you will need to coordinate with the finance, insurance, and accessories team to ensure smooth vehicle delivery. Ensuring proper documentation, delivery process, and after-sales follow-up for customer satisfaction is also part of the job. Staying updated with product knowledge, competitor models, and industry trends is essential. Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business is another key responsibility. This is a full-time, permanent position.
