Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers after their car servicing to confirm satisfaction and collect feedback.
  • Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to service experience.
  • Record customer responses, complaints, and suggestions in the CRM system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the Service Manager for further action.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups for pending issues or commitments given to customers.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and communication etiquette.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer feedback and PSF calling status.
  • Support customer retention initiatives by ensuring a positive post-service experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
