Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable bike models and variants.
• Explain product features, specifications, price, and finance options clearly.
• Conduct test rides and follow up with potential customers to close sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
• Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
• Maintain records of leads, inquiries, and test rides in CRM or DMS software.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, competitor models, and market trends.
• Participate in promotional activities, events, and field campaigns when required.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and showroom presentation.
