Job Description

Role Overview: You will be taking on a challenging and future-oriented role at Siemens Energy. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing commercial support for sales bidding and quotations submissions, offering pricing support to the sales team, driving order margins, assessing risks, negotiating with customers on terms and pricing, evaluating terms and conditions for contracts, managing collections from customers, supporting the sales team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) like orders, collections, and margins, assisting the EU Business & Finance Head with strategic initiatives, reporting on sales dashboards, streamlining processes, implementing guidelines for sales, and supporting or running audits for sales commercial-related activities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide commercial support for sales bidding and quotations submissions - Offer pricing support to the sales team - Drive order margins - Assess risks and negotiate with customers on terms & pricing - Evaluate terms and conditions for contracts - Manage collections from customers - Support sales team to achieve KPIs like orders, collections, margins - Assist EU Business & Finance Head with strategic initiatives - Report on sales dashboards - Streamline processes and implement guidelines for sales - Support or run audits for sales commercial-related activities Qualifications Required: - Education: BCom/MCom/MBA + LLB - Experience: 7 to 12 years - Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent commercial and business sense, negotiation skills Additional Details: Siemens Energy is dedicated to equality and welcomes applications that reflect the diversity of the communities it works in.
