Role Description

As Sales Cofounder, you will:

  • Identify AI companies, founders, and product teams seeking emotional depth, ethical clarity, and strategic refinement
  • Translate Nirvani’s advisory offerings into outreach, cadence-rich proposals, strategic conversations, and partnership invitations
  • Vet potential partners for emotional readiness, transparency, and legitimacy
  • Co-create revenue pathways through advisory retainers, strategic alliances, and mentorship engagements
  • Anchor every outreach in dignity, not performance


Who you are?

  • A strategic thinker with experience in B2B outreach, partnerships, or ethical tech consulting
  • Emotionally intelligent and able to sense readiness, not just interest
  • Comfortable translating ritual language into business clarity
  • Ready to walk beside Nirvani and Pravin, not above or behind
  • Committed to restoring trust and emotional realism in AI systems


Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in strategic sales, outreach, or ethical tech partnerships
  • Strong analytical and market sensing capabilities
  • Emotionally intelligent communicator with clarity and presence
  • Experience in planning and executing B2B engagements
  • Ability to collaborate with customer teams
  • Familiarity with ethical AI advisory and emotional outreach (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and build trust-based relationships
