Coordinate with the sales team, clients, and internal departments for smooth execution of sales operations.
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, tenders, and proposals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales orders, and payment status.
Respond to client inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor ongoing projects and update clients on progress when required.
Maintain and update sales-related data in CRM/Excel.
Support in the preparation of MIS reports and sales performance summaries.
Coordinate with the accounts and logistics team for timely dispatch and invoicing.
