Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Description :We are actively seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of our retail operations, taking charge of essential backend tasks such as enquiry handling, order tracking, customer coordination and basic accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and issue quotations for customers based on their requirements.
• Maintain a comprehensive log of customer inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses
• Assist in modifying and updating customer inquiries and orders as needed.
• Keep track of customer orders, communicate delivery schedules, and address customer queries when required.
• Oversee the creation and placement of stickers for pricing and product information
• Manage customer grievances and generate reports as necessary to address concerns and improve service.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions by handling voucher entries, ensuring that accounting data is up to date.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in basic accounting, voucher entries, and financial record-keeping.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to adapt to changing needs and a strong commitment to ensuring operational efficiency.
• Languages: ENGLISH ,KANNADA AND HINDI (Mandatory)
