Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as a communication link Marketing team and other internal teams.
• Monitor project status and proactively address delays or bottlenecks.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or business administration.
• Experience: Minimum 4+ years in project or sales coordination in the transformer/electrical/manufacturing industry.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes and supply chain operations will be an added advantage.
