Qualification Requirements

  • Any Graduate from a reputed university (MBA preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Excel, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table), MS Word, and PowerPoint.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Draft and manage sales proposals for clients.
  • Reach out to corporate clients through calls and emails for business development.
  • Create and maintain various sales reports and documentation.
  • Manage data effectively and maintain MIS reports.
  • Utilize tools such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and advanced Excel formulas for analysis.
  • Assist the Business Development (BD) team with meeting coordination and follow-ups.
  • Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and ensure timely sharing with stakeholders.
  • Provide virtual and physical support to the entire West Sales Team.
  • Track sales targets, monitor team performance, and prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
  • Foster an open communication environment within the team.
  • Draft and share periodic sales and performance reports with existing clients.

Selection Criteria

  • MBA/Graduate with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel, MIS reporting, and data management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
