We are looking for a dynamic and organized Female Sales Coordinator to support our sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customer communication, generating new leads, and supporting the sales process from enquiry to order. Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily sales activities between customers and the sales/service teams. Identify new potential customers and follow up regularly to generate sales. Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations. Follow up with customers regarding quotations, payments, and deliveries. Maintain records of customer interactions and sales transactions. Assist in preparing sales reports and maintaining databases (Excel / Tally Prime / CRM). Support the sales manager with documentation, lead tracking, and communication. Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally. Ensure smooth coordination between sales, service, and accounts departments. Required SkillsFluency in Hindi and English is mandatory (Kannada will be an added advantage). Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Hands-on experience in Tally Prime for billing, quotations, and record keeping. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic understanding of sales and customer service processes. Confident in customer communication and relationship building. Preferred Qualities Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Professional and polite communication style. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in industrial or tooling product sales coordination is a plus.
