Job SummaryWe are hiring freshers who have completed SSLC (failed also acceptable) or 12th class and are interested in learning a machine operator trade. The selected candidates will be trained to operate Vollmer circular saw blade sharpening machines used for TCT blade re-sharpening. Eligibility SSLC pass / fail OR 12th class pass / fail Freshers only (no experience required) Male / Female candidates can apply Bangalore candidates preferred Job Responsibilities Learn operation of Vollmer sharpening machines under supervision Assist in sharpening TCT circular saw blades Learn blade inspection, handling, and basic measurements Maintain machine cleanliness and workplace safety Follow instructions from supervisor and senior operators Maintain basic job records Skills RequiredWillingness to learn machine work Basic understanding of tools and machines (training will be given) Discipline, punctuality, and attention to work Ability to work in a factory environment
