1. Accounting & Financial Management Maintain daily accounting entries (purchase, sales, expenses, cash book, bank book). Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance. Reconciliation of bank statements and ledger accounts. Maintain accurate documentation and financial record-keeping. 2. Client-Site Accounting Checks (Other Cities)Travel to client offices located in different cities as required. Review and verify client account books, bills, receipts, and financial data. Identify any discrepancies or issues and prepare a report. Explain findings to clients in simple and professional language. Coordinate with clients for smooth account audits and data collection. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy while handling client financial information. 3. Reporting & Coordination Prepare regular financial reports for management. Communicate account-related issues to management immediately. Work closely with internal teams for smooth financial operations. Suggest improvements in accounting procedures.
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):ईंट बनाने की मशीन (Brick Making Machine) को सही तरीके से चलाना, मॉनिटर करना और नियमित जांच करना। कच्चा माल (मिट्टी/मिक्स) को तय मात्रा में मशीन में डालना। मशीन से बनने वाली ईंटों की क्वालिटी चेक करना – आकार, शेप और फिनिशिंग देखना। डेली प्रोडक्शन टारगेट के अनुसार लगातार उत्पादन बनाए रखना। मशीन में कोई खराबी या समस्या दिखने पर तुरंत सुपरवाइज़र/मेन्टेनेंस टीम को जानकारी देना। मशीन की बेसिक मेंटेनेंस करना – साफ-सफाई, ग्रीसिंग, एलाइन्मेंट चेक आदि। प्रोडक्शन एरिया में सेफ्टी नियमों का पालन करना। रोज़ाना की प्रोडक्शन रिपोर्ट तैयार करना। आवश्यक कौशल (Required Skills):ईंट/ब्लॉक बनाने की मशीन चलाने का अनुभव होना चाहिए। मशीन की बेसिक तकनीकी जानकारी। क्वालिटी और प्रोडक्शन पर ध्यान देने की क्षमता। जिम्मेदारी, समय प्रबंधन और अनुशासन। टीम के साथ समन्वय (co-ordination) की क्षमता।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:प्रोजेक्ट के अनुसार MIG, TIG, ARC और Gas Welding का कार्य करना। इंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग, ब्लूप्रिंट और फैब्रिकेशन स्केच को पढ़कर समझना। वेल्डर, कटर, शेपर और मेज़रिंग टूल का उपयोग कर मेटल स्ट्रक्चर और पार्ट्स बनाना। वेल्डिंग की गुणवत्ता जाँचना और सुनिश्चित करना कि काम ड्रॉइंग के अनुसार और मजबूत हो। वेल्डिंग से पहले मटेरियल को ग्राइंडिंग, कटिंग या क्लीनिंग करके तैयार करना। वेल्डिंग मशीनों और टूल्स की बेसिक मेंटेनेंस करना। सेफ्टी रूल्स का पालन करना और PPE पहनना। फिटिंग, अलाइमेंट और फिनिशिंग के काम में सहायता करना। रोज़ाना का काम और प्रोग्रेस सुपरवाइज़र को रिपोर्ट करना। कौशल व योग्यताएँ:वेल्डिंग/फैब्रिकेशन का अनुभव हो। तकनीकी ड्रॉइंग पढ़ने व समझने की क्षमता। MIG, TIG, ARC, Gas Welding की जानकारी। ग्राइंडर, कटर, ड्रिल व अन्य फैब्रिकेशन टूल्स का अनुभव। सेफ्टी स्टैंडर्ड और प्रक्रियाओं की समझ। ध्यान से काम करने की क्षमता और शारीरिक सहनशक्ति।
