Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling to generate leads and build a prospective customer pipeline.
• Coordinate with sales engineers, regional managers, and clients for inquiries and orders.
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
• Maintain customer database, sales pipeline, and order tracking systems.
• Follow up with clients for quotations, payments, and order confirmations.
• Coordinate dispatch schedules with production, logistics, and service departments.
• Handle customer queries and route technical requirements to concerned teams.
• Support in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing activities.
• Assist in after-sales coordination with service and spares teams.
• Prepare MIS, reports, and sales forecasts for management review.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales coordination / inside sales, preferably in machine manufacturing / engineering industry.
• Experience in cold calling and lead generation is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
