Job Description

You will be responsible for generating business throughout the market by calling customers and convincing them about our products and services. This will involve arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business and developing new business through networking and follow-up calls. Customer acquisition will also be a key part of your role, involving cold calls, networking with existing clients, meetings, and online marketing activities. Your role will require proficiency and excellent expertise in selling software services and products. You will be accountable for achieving targeted sales and assigned strategic objectives. Additionally, you will be managing customer relationships by coordinating with existing clients, listening to customer requirements, and presenting solutions appropriately to make sales. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers will be crucial, both in person and through calls and emails. You will also be responsible for responding to incoming emails and phone queries promptly. Acting as a coordinator between the company and its existing and potential markets will be part of your duties, including negotiating the terms of agreements and closing sales effectively.,
