The Sales Coordinator supports the hotel’s Sales & Marketing team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, managing client communication, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. The role acts as a link between the sales team, operations, and clients to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in daily sales operations and follow-ups
Prepare and send sales proposals, contracts, rate confirmations, and agreements
Handle inquiries related to room bookings, group bookings, corporate accounts, events, and banquets
Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Revenue, and F&B teams for seamless execution of bookings
Maintain and update client database, contracts, and sales reports
Track leads, inquiries, confirmations, and cancellations
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts
Handle client communication via email, phone, and in-person meetings
Support sales promotions, campaigns, and site inspections
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hotel policies
Assist in organizing sales events, exhibitions, and trade shows
