Support Engineer

You will be responsible for product presentations or demos to clients, as well as the implementation of ERP software at retail, wholesale, and distributor locations. Your duties will include receiving or making calls to customers for technical support and providing assistance with installation and post-implementation services. You will support customer inquiries online, over the phone, on-site, and via chat, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be tasked with training users and channel partners, handling client servers, and taking care of service and AMC requirements. The ideal candidate should possess basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet browsing), and freshers with good technical skills are encouraged to apply.
