Job Description – Sales CoordinatorPosition: Sales Coordinator Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager / Branch Manager Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team with administrative, operational, and customer-related tasks. This role ensures smooth coordination between customers, the sales team, operations, and other departments to facilitate efficient order processing and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team in achieving targets. Prepare quotations, proposals, and customer presentations as required. Maintain and update customer records, order statuses, and sales documents. Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, payments, and approvals. Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, accounts, and service for timely processing of orders. Assist in scheduling site visits, meetings, and communication between customers and technical teams. Track and report sales data, lead status, and project progress to management. Ensure all documentation, approvals, and communication follow company policies. Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, maintaining files, and handling correspondence. Ensure timely handover of customer files and project updates when required. Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support (industry experience preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
