· They assist in conducting market research, and creating reports on marketing and sales metrics.
· Identify Target customers for each products
· Clearly explain customer on operations, maintenance activities, reporting mechanism & monitoring
· Fix appointment with customers & schedule meetings
· Preparation & approval of Proposals
· Regular follow up with customers on proposal status
· Remote monitoring of all sites & regular updates on generations/ faults if any
· Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company
· Customer database, Service database & follow ups with supplier & customer
· Preparing marketing and sales strategies
· Conducting extensive research on competitors' products and services.
