Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator Executive who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and Excel-savvy. You will play a key role in supporting our sales and admissions team by managing data, coordinating communication, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage student admissions and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments for seamless operations
• Prepare performance dashboards and regular reports using Advanced Excel
• Follow up on leads and assist with data collection and communication
• Assist in organizing and streamlining daily sales activities

Who We're Looking For

We’re searching for someone who’s not just organized but also proactive and a great communicator. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills (English fluency is a must)
• Are proficient in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
• Can multitask and handle coordination responsibilities efficiently
• Are a quick learner and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Are a strong team player with keen attention to detail

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Freshers with strong Excel skills and a passion for coordination are welcome to apply!
