Sales Co-ordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our growing cosmetic business. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, managing customer accounts, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing daily schedules, customer communication, and documentation.
• Coordinate between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments (e.g., logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, trackers, and performance dashboards.
• Handle order processing, follow-ups, invoicing, and after-sales support.
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) and ensure data accuracy.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or supply chain team for replenishment.
• Support in organizing promotional campaigns, product launches, and customer events.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with sample requests, pricing quotations, and product information.
• Follow up on payments and resolve billing issues in collaboration with the accounts team.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cosmetics, FMCG, or retail industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Positive attitude and a team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of cosmetic products and beauty industry trends.
• Experience in working with retailers, salons, e-commerce platforms, or distributors.
• Understanding of inventory and supply chain processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
