Job Description – Sales Co-Ordinator Company Name: Amrut Brothers Machinery Pvt. Ltd. Location: Kuha, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Department: Sales Position: Sales Co-Ordinator Key Responsibilities: Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and sales contracts Coordinate between sales team, customers, and internal departments (logistics, finance, production) Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems Track sales performance and prepare periodic sales reports (MIS) Schedule meetings, calls, and follow up with clients for orders and payments Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues or escalate when required Skills Required: Strong communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and office tools High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Basic understanding of sales processes and documentation Good follow-up and organizational skills Qualification & Experience: Graduate in any discipline 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or similar role (preferred) Salary: As per company norms / based on experience and skills
