Role Overview

We are looking for a High-Intent Sales Closer who can convert warm leads into paying clients.

Your job is simple: Talk smart, build trust, explain the Drpshippr model clearly, and close.

This role demands confidence, clarity, and the ability to close deals fast.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & warm leads generated through ads, reels, webinars, and referrals.

• Understand customer requirements and pitch them the right Drpshippr plans.

• Explain our store setup processes, product support, marketing benefits, fulfillment system, COD, and scaling strategies.

• Conduct high-quality Zoom sales calls and showcase live dashboards/ results when needed.

• Maintain strong follow-ups using WhatsApp, calls, and CRM tools.

• Identify objections and give strong counterpoints to close deals quickly.

• Meet & exceed monthly closure targets.

• Work closely with the CEO & COO to refine sales pitch and strategies.

• Maintain clear communication with the onboarding & operations team for smooth client handover.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales closing / high-ticket sales / agency sales / e-commerce sales.

• Excellent communication & persuasion skills.

• Ability to build trust quickly and think on your feet.

• Knows how to handle objections like:

• “Budget kam hai”

• “Guarantee kya hai?”

• “Mere pass time nahi hai”

• Comfortable with Zoom calls & CRM tools.

• Must be hungry for growth, commissions, and performance.
