We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team to manage relationships with corporate clients, understand their retail interior requirements, and provide tailored quotes. This role bridges sales, client servicing, and estimation, playing a critical part in converting leads into successful retail fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Initiate and maintain contact with corporate clients, especially retail brands and chains.
Requirement Gathering: Understand and document detailed interior fit-out requirements including design preferences, branding, timelines, and budgets.Liaising with Internal Teams: Work closely with design, estimation, and project teams to gather necessary inputs.Quotation & Proposal Creation: Prepare and send professional and competitive quotes based on client needs and inputs from internal teams.Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with clients on sent quotations, addressing queries and pushing toward closure.CRM Maintenance: Update all client interactions, leads, and quote statuses in the CRM system.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields (preferred).
2-5 years experience in client servicing, B2B sales, or project coordination preferably in retail interiors, architecture, or design-build services.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus.Basic understanding of interior design or retail store construction is an advantage.
