1. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as defined by the organization.
2. Deliver compelling and impactful sales presentations to prospective customers.
3. Conduct productive house calls to convert leads and generate new admissions.
4. Ensure strict adherence to the admission process including documentation and batch formation.
5. Effectively counsel students and parents to address queries and provide guidance.
6. Establish and maintain productive tie-ups with Business Associates (BAs).
7. Plan and execute Student Touch Point (STP) activities for assigned centers.
8. Ensure timely and effective follow-ups with walk-in leads.
9. Submit accurate and updated daily sales reports.
• Minimum Education: Graduate
• Experience: 5–7 years in sales, preferably in education, insurance, or time-share sectors.
• Gender: Open to male and female candidates
Industry Exposure and Skills Required: • Strong communication and selling skills • Team player, motivator, and capable leader • High level of drive and ambition with a proven track record of achieving sales targets • Preference for candidates with a background in education sales
